A:Child support may be adjusted as necessary in the face of changing circumstances, such as a change in income, a change in costs, or a change in the number of children, such as when a child ages and is no longer eligible. You can then seek a modification through the court or with the Child Support Enforcement Agency. Our attorneys can listen to your needs and help you choose the path that is right for you and your family.
